Return or Exchange Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine which MotorMate model is right for their motor. MotorMate provides guidance for the purchase of MotorMates for the most commonly sold outboard motors. The best way to determine the correct MotorMate model is to confirm your motor measurements (yoke and transom bracket) to see which MotorMate will fit your outboard motor. Please e-mail us or call Motormate 1-844-668-6768 if you have specific questions on how to take the measurements of your outboard motor.
MotorMate Shipping/Order Filling Error:
Buyer may return a MotorMate model within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange if the return is a result of MotorMate’s shipping/order filling error. Return shipping arrangements will be made and paid by MotorMate via UPS pick up. Contact MotorMate Customer Service.
Customer received a defective MotorMate:
Buyer may return a MotorMate model for a full refund or exchange if the return is a result of a defective MotorMate covered under Life Time Warranty. Return shipping arrangements will be made and paid by MotorMate via UPS pick up. Contact MotorMate Customer Service.
Customer Ordered wrong MotorMate:
Buyer may return a MotorMate model within 30 days of delivery for a refund if the return is a result of buyer ordering the incorrect MotorMate model. A restocking fee of the MotorMate price may be deducted from any refund based on the condition of the returned MotorMate. Carefully pack MotorMate and return, shipping cost pre-paid, to the address below.

Shipping and Delivery
Online orders are for shipping and delivery within the United States only. Our normal processing and shipping time is 1-2 business days to ship from our Fort Wayne, IN facility. For clarification, this does not mean your order will arrive in 3-4 business days, but it will leave our possession in 1-2 business days. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the order’s total cost when placing the order. Our standard way of shipping is by USPS Flat Rate boxes. Special shipping requirements (UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.…) are available upon request. Contact MotorMate Customer Service for more information.

Online orders are for shipping and delivery within the United States only. We apologize to our international customers, but we currently lack the capability to efficiently and effectively process international payment and shipment. International customers may e-mail MotorMate Customer Service for assistance. Indiana sales taxes apply to orders shipping to Indiana. Online orders are processed and shipped only after credit card approval. If there is a problem with the credit card information you provided, you will be notified for further assistance before we can process your order. Upon credit card approval, please allow 1-2 business days for shipment (not receipt) of your merchandise.

Damaged / Defective Merchandise
Upon receiving a package damaged during shipment, open immediately and inspect for missing or damaged goods. Should there be a problem with the contents, do not discard the packaging material and e-mail us to discuss further handling procedures.
